Formations is a discipleship program that empowers the person in a small group setting. It covers five areas of cultural, personal, relational, spiritual, and vocational formation in a person under a holistic understanding of the gospel. It is an intensive 11 month online program with an in-person retreat and a practicum. Formations provides a network needed for a local church or sending agency to form and train a cohort of individuals who are open to serving in North Korea or wherever the Lord may lead them.
