Great Harvest 2027
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up” (Galatians 6:9). Great Harvest 2027 is a call to the church to unite and collaborate for the opening of North Korea. The Great Harvest has two components:
1. First is the preparation and training of culturally, personally, relationally, spiritually, and vocationally mature Christians embodying the values of unity, healing, and reconciliation.
2. The second component is to strategically adopt one of the 27 major cities of North Korea and begin praying and preparing for the harvest. The projects are a means to healing and reconciliation on the peninsula following the values of unity, healing, and reconciliation.
By preparing a workforce and strategically preparing for a holistic city development, we hope to be ready when North Korea opens up for foreign investment

On #GivingTuesday 2020, we are looking for the first 50 "Founding Members" of Reah International. Becoming a Founding Member would mean that you would commit to pray with and for us and give a monthly pledge of $50 or more in support of what Reah stands for and what we desire to do. More specifically, over the next seven years, Reah's goals are:
1. To gather and unite all Western Christian organizations and churches engaged in North Korea work; 2. To gather and unite South Korean churches and organizations which desire to collaborate with Western organizations and churches for North Korea work.
One way we will do this is through the Great Harvest 2027 - a call to the global Church to collaboratively train the next generation to be communities of healing and reconciliation in the 27 major cities of North Korea by 2027; please go to www.greatharvest2027.com for more information!
C-Center Matching Campaign
One of Reah's core values is unity -- that as we work together as One Body in complete unity, the world will come to know God's love through Christ. The C-Center will be one place where we can live this out.
The "C" in C-Center stands for Christ and Collaboration. Based upon Ephesians 1:10b “to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ," we envision the C-Center to be a hub where Christian individuals, groups, and churches can come together to pray, train, research, and strategize for engaging with the people of North Korea.
This need is all the more urgent as in recent years, many fieldworkers have been displaced from their home bases due to various restrictions and security issues. The C-Center will be available for these fieldworkers and groups to find like-minded others and regroup in South Korea.
It will be a space where South Korean, North Koreans, Korean Diaspora, and international "Lovers of Korea" Christians can gather and live out "unity" as we seek to reach NK together -- in the spirit of unity and collaboration, in Christ.
Through the generosity of Jubilee Church, we have secured a building in the heart of Myeongdong. Reah will have access to classrooms, a large chapel, and a café for meetings.
- Double the donation: A donor couple wrote us that they will do a $5,000 matching fund. Your donation will be doubled up to $5,000. Your donation will enable us to purchase equipment and technology that would enable us to collaborate more effectively with individuals and organizations all around the world.
EMPOWER CON: Conversations + Connections
The online Empower is named EMPOWER CON: Conversations + Connections. EMPOWER CON 2020 is themed “Embodying Shalom,” with an understanding that we, as the body of Christ, need to embody His shalom as we engage the people of the DPRK. The Hebrew word "shalom" describes an inner sense of peace, harmony, wholeness, completeness, and tranquility, which allows us to give back out of the overflow.
The two-hour live online event will take place on August 13, 9pm (Eastern Time), and August 14, 10am (Korea Time) and will not be available post-event. EMPOWER CON 2020 is also the occasion to launch the Great Harvest 2027 challenge, calling the global church to collaboratively train and send Christians to live and work in unity-based communities in 27 cities of the DPRK by 2027.
Your donation will help the presenters' housing, production, and staff costs in executing the EMPOWER CON. Note that you need to register on this site in order to receive access to the event. You will receive an email with a link to the livestream a few days before the event.
Jamie Kim and Family
Hello friends,
My name is Jamie Kim. As the director of Reah International, my desire is bring many talented, skilled, and integrous Christian professionals to the Region of North East Asia.
The word for me in 2021 is from Haggai 2:9 "The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house.’ ‘And in this place I will grant peace,’ declares the Lord Almighty.” I believe that God desires to restore the health of the Church and for her to reflect the glory of God.
For this year, I will focus on preparing the the Church to be more healthy and mature. More than action, I want to pray and seek the Lord on what this will look like going forward. We appreciate many of you who stand with us through your prayer and financial support. Thank you.
Field Workers Fund
Many of the field workers are highly educated and competent people in their fields. They have given up their comfortable living and financial security in their homelands to give their lives for the work inside. Due to the pioneering nature of the work inside, many things cannot be anticipated. This project will enable us to support these workers in special needs as they arise.
Reah International provides a platform to donate funds and pray for projects. Get updates to see your impact and mobilize your friends to join the cause.
