For #GivingTuesday 2017, Reah International is raising funds for fieldworkers and organizations that are planning to visit Washington, D.C. during the National Prayer Breakfast in 2018 and meet with government and Christian leaders to raise awareness about the purpose and impact of fieldworkers living and working inside the DPRK (aka North Korea). Advocacy efforts will focus on ensuring that critical humanitarian works that directly impact the people of the DPRK can continue without restrictions.
In a time where there is a dearth of trust, and growing talk of military action on the Korean peninsula, these Christian workers and groups represent the Body of Christ and provide a direct, incarnational presence of God's love, mercy, and peace to the people of the DPRK. It is also an opportunity for us to come together as one Body, in unity, to voice our care and concerns.
At the moment, we are in need of $4,000 to cover travel and
lodging costs for the fieldworkers. If you have any questions,
please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]
We are so thankful for friends in Christ with whom we can walk the NK journey together.
